Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support two siblings: a 7-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl, with both school and home-based sessions. This role includes BCBA oversight, supervision, parent education/support, and potentially 1:1 services if needed.
Weekly Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with potential for additional hours/cases based on your availability and caseload needs.
Location: Primary clients are located in Irvine, both home and schools. Additional cases may be available in Anaheim and Fullerton depending on your interest and availability.
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA, including direct parent education
Passion for working with children and families
Experience with autism and developmental delays
Experience with AAC or selective mutism is a plus but not required
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $68–$70 per hour
